Not only was the arrangement out-of-this-world beautiful, I particularly appreciated John Beach who went above and beyond to make sure that I was a happy customer. Although the delivery could not be met on the requested date, he was in contact with me (several times) to offer me other options. In the end, all was good, everyone was beyond happy! Customer service was absolutely #1, in a world where that is nonexistent, he was very caring. Also, the quality of their flowers, designs, and their sense of aesthetics separates them from other florists.
