Holiday Policies for Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day

  • All sales are final.
  • Online orders will not be available once we reach capacity. Please call us directly at (818) 855-7456 if you are unable to place your order online.
  • Delivery times are the sole discretion of Dolce Blooms. By and large, deliveries are made in the order received. You may request a delivery time at the time of your order, however no guarantees can be made to honor such requests. Please call the studio if you have extenuating circumstances.

Store Policies

  • All sales are final including situations when a delivery cannot be made for whatever reason as well as any and all custom orders.
  • All orders must include the contact information for both you the customer and the intended recipient or representative of the recipient.
  • We assume all information you provide when placing your order is correct. If you need to make any changes to your order for any reason, please call the studio at (818) 855-7456.
  • In certain circumstances, additional information may be required to verify your identity or that of the intended recipient. This is to protect your information and ensure your safety. All personal information you provide will be treated as privileged and confidential at all times in perpetuity.
  • Dolce Blooms fosters an environment of mutual respect and kindness to all living things and we ask you to show that same respect in return. That being true, we have the right to refuse service and/or trespass any individual for any reason at any time without limitation or warning to anyone who does not adhere to guidelines set forth herein.

Our Freshness Guarantee (our guarantee to you)

  • We handpick all of our fresh flowers daily and only use the freshest blooms possible.
  • We assume most people have a basic knowledge of how to care for flowers. If your arrangement requires any special instructions, a team member will communicate those to both the customer and the recipient upon ordering and delivery.
  • Once a fresh flower arrangement leaves the studio, flower care then becomes the responsibility of the intended recipient or representative thereof. If you have ANY questions, please feel free to reach out at any time and we will be more than happy to advise best practices for your situation.

Pickup Policy

  • All pickup orders will be notified via phone and/or email one hour before the order is ready for pickup. You may request a pickup time, however time sensitivity requests are handled on a case by case basis and subject to availability. No pickup time requests are guaranteed.

Delivery Policies

  • Same day delivery order cutoff is 2pm PST. Special accommodations can be made on a case by case basis. (Exceptions include holidays, e.g. Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years).
  • All deliveries will be made by 7pm. Due to high volume, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery window. (Exceptions include holidays, e.g. Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years).
  • If you have specific delivery requests, please call the shop at (818) 855-7456 and we can address your needs directly and do our best to accommodate your situation.
  • If you are aware of any access requirements to your recipient’s location (e.g. specific delivery instructions, gate codes, etc), please advise in your order notes so that our delivery driver can be made aware.
  • Please do your best to confirm your recipient will be available to receive the delivery, or that there is a safe space to leave the flowers. Our drivers have multiple deliveries and will wait a maximum of 5 minutes before returning the arrangement back to our shop.
  • Since we cannot leave flowers outside apartments, recipients may be called prior to delivery to coordinate.
  • If we are unable to deliver the flowers, you have the option to pick up your order from our shop or redelivery with a fee.
