Amazing amazing amazing. Can't say enough good things about their customer service. After ordering an arrangement I received a text within the hour explaining they were out of the specific vase pictured. They gave me some vase replacement options and offered to throw in a box of chocolates for free due to the inconvenience. I received a picture of the arrangement before it went out to make sure everything looked good. The receiver was thrilled, as was I!

The Cosa Dolce arrangement was nice, but it seemed smaller than the picture. Also, it was very difficult to get ahold of anyone there. The phone was off and they didn’t respond to voicemails. Even though it was Mother’s Day, someone should be available to pick up calls.

I live across the country and looked up flowers to send to my friend in LA. This was the top result and I definitely understand why! Flowers were delivered the next day in person and just as beautiful as the picture! Definitely going to be ordering from here in the future!:)
