I ordered an arrangement as a holiday gift for my cousin. I was told the next day there would have to be a substitution. Shortly thereafter, I heard directly from the florist saying the order received an upgrade to a premium arrangement with additional flowers added. The vase was also upgraded. My cousin loved the arrangement and sent me a beautiful photo of it. Excellent communication after a unforeseen change and a superb product. I highly recommend Dolce Blooms.
